Payment

Coaching, membership and guest play fees are payable in advance unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Current prices are shown on the coaching and membership pages, and payment methods are listed on the club account page.

Cancellations and changes

• Give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a one-to-one session free of charge.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.
• If we have to cancel a session, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Membership

Membership runs for the period stated at the point of purchase and is non-transferable. Membership fees are not refundable once sessions have been attended, except where required by law.

Conduct at the club

• Treat coaches, players, officials and venue staff with respect at all times.
• Follow coach instructions and the venue's rules, including on footwear and equipment.
• Abusive, discriminatory or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from a session or from the club without refund.

Juniors and supervision

Parents and guardians are responsible for drop-off and collection at the advertised session times. Juniors remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian outside coached activity. Our safeguarding commitments are set out on the safeguarding page.

Health, safety and liability

Please tell us about medical conditions or injuries that affect participation. Play at the club is undertaken at your own risk in respect of ordinary sporting injury. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Photography

We sometimes photograph or film sessions for club promotion. Tell us in writing if you or your child should not appear, and we will respect that.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version published here at the time of your booking applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
